The Ghana Maritime Authority (GMA) wishes to inform seafarers and the maritime community that pursuant to Regulation I/9 paragraph 2 of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keeping for seafarers (STCW), 1978 as amended and Standards A1.2 paragraph 4 of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006(MLC, 2006), as amended, the following are medical doctors approved by the Authority to conduct seafarer’s medical examination.
